PRSA Tar Heel’s September professional development meeting will feature Tollie Mitchell, program director for Insight Research.
His topic will be “Because Knowing Beats Guessing!” Mitchell will discuss how his firm uses market research surveys and customer surveys to collect data for companies such as Krispy Kreme, Lowes Foods, Union Bank, the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce and many more.
Tollie has extensive research experience working with local governments, financial services companies, nonprofits, school systems, marketing consultants and agencies, health care companies, publishing, restaurants, chambers of commerce, grocery stores, etc. Tollie holds a BA from Furman University, with a major in economics and business administration. He has also taken several graduate courses at UNCG in statistics and business law.
The September meeting will take place Sept. 11 at the Greensboro Public Library at 219 N. Church St., in Conference Room A. Networking starts at 11:30 a.m., and the lunch and program get underway at noon.
