PRSA is asking all of its chapters to modify their bylaws in accordance with standards the national organization has set forth. The chapter board of directors has reviewed our existing bylaws as made a series of suggested edits. The PDF below includes the complete bylaws, with the proposed changes highlighted.

In addition, the PRSA Tar Heel board of directors has approved a policy for increasing and maintaining an Operating Contingency Fund (also known as a rainy day fund) to ensure the chapter remains financially sustainable over the long term.
